Appointments

An appointment can be made via this website or by telephone on 056 21 14 10 during the opening hours of the secretariat. The secretariat is open every working day between 8:00 and 12:00 and between 14:00 and 18:00.
If you wish to come for a consultation with two people, please make two consecutive appointments.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel it as soon as possible: this can be done via the link in your confirmation email or by telephone during the opening hours of the secretariat between 8:00 and 12:00 and 14:00 and 18:00.
For a smooth operation, we ask you to bring the following with you when you come to us for a consultation::
Your identity card.
For children: a kids ID or ISI Plus card.
Your list of questions. This way you won’t forget anything and you won’t have to make extra calls afterwards.
Your list of the medicines you will need. (Check carefully at home what you will need!) This way you can ask for everything at once, and the doctor will give you enough prescriptions until the next consultation. This way you do not have to call in between for prescriptions.
Papers for insurance, teaching staff, confidential declarations of incapacity for work from the mutual insurance company. The doctor will, if possible, fill these in immediately and return them to you. If not, a clear agreement will be made on when you can pick them up at the secretariat.
Please always indicate if you need to come for: a blood test, an ECG, a preoperative examination, an insurance check… This way, sufficient time can always be provided.
Payment is possible by card or cash.
Please arrive on time for your appointment (10 minutes beforehand). Pets are not allowed in the practice, with the exception of guide dogs.
Please always wear a face mask if you have symptoms of a respiratory infection or fever, also in the waiting room.
